Clients are entitled to one Bonus or Reward; this may include several small  or a single larger bonus/reward, which will be determined at the sole discretion of Natalie Crowe Designs, and will only be redeemable as services and not as a monetary value.  Clients are only eligible if said Bonuses/Rewards are included in client contractual agreement prior to commencing the contract. Rewards can not be used in conjunction with other rewards unless otherwise specified.
